Past life regression helped me to understand who I really am – the sum total of my past incarnations. I also realized that relationships are eternal and that death only ends a life not a relationship. During past life regressions I could identify a number of people from the past who are with me today, I identified geographical places and had a firsthand experience of historical events. But best of all, I could identify the red thread that goes through many of my lifetimes i.e. my strengths, talents and skills that I have accumulated over eons which I can now use with ease. To me past life regression is a great tool to understand myself, key individuals around me and certain situations in my life much better – I am completely aware that my soul has a physical experience at the moment.

Lots of emotions were released during my past life regression sessions; I was not the same any more when I came out of the regression. I felt a distinct power within me that enhanced my view on life and after life. I found past life regression very useful to understand my relationships with others better. It is a tool that empowered me significantly.

How Past Life Information helped Parents to understand, support and guide their young Daughter
“When life threw Veda some curves at age five, she reverted back to sucking her thumb. Fear and apprehension took over every aspect of her life, and we were really worried for a while. However, that all changed when she discovered a particularly powerful past life.
When Veda was eleven, she became obsessed with Trojan War movies and books. Finally, she admitted to me that she felt very close to Helen of Troy. She said that her situation felt very familiar and wanted to know if she was perhaps the reincarnation of Helen.
So we asked in a channeling session: “Veda wasn’t Helen of Troy was she?”
The answer came back, “No. She was her husband, Menelaus.”
That explained Veda’s affinity for Helen. When I told her what we’d been told, Veda seemed even happier to discover that than she would have been to find out that she was the “face that launched 1000 ships.” From that day on, she pondered the power of the warrior within, and it triggered many personal memories from that past life. She told me about things that history hasn’t recorded, and I started watching her self-confidence build.
Veda had always been picked on at school, but I knew things were changing when I got a call from the Principal’s office on Veda for the first time in her life. It seems she had a run in with a boy who had just been readmitted to school after being suspended for fighting. She told me calmly that she “slammed him into the lockers.” She didn’t get hurt and she didn’t even get in trouble with the Principal. We had a talk about keeping those instincts under wraps, but kids haven’t bothered her at school ever since.
Veda’s 14 now and all of her neurotic habits vanished years ago with her apprehension of life. Contemplating this past life as a warrior has caused her confidence in herself and her life to grow steadily to the point now that she’s the most balanced teenager I’ve ever known. She’s top in her class scholastically, and I feel totally confident in her ability to take care of herself in any situation. That simple answer we got about her past in channeling has meant so much over the years, as the ramifications of it have slowly dawned on Veda.
It’s all a balancing act. We have to balance what we want for our daughter with our understanding about her own free will, inclinations and trajectory. However, images from past life memories are seeds we can carefully sow to help her balance her fears and challenges. Growing up shouldn’t be any harder than it has to be, and the perspective kids get from a personal knowledge of their past lives can make it much easier. As a parent, it’s been a real advantage to be able to bring up a hero in discussion to which we know our daughter can relate more every day.”
